Terms and Conditions

We charge a full day’s boarding for the day of arrival and the day of departure. This is to allow essential cleaning and disinfecting to be carried out before the arrival of our next guest.

There is a minimum booking charge of £20.

Payment of boarding fees is to be made at the time of collection. If a definite booking is cancelled with less than 14 days notice a cancellation fee of £10 per cat will be charged. Cancellation within 1-2 days will result in full costs being due.
